Album design for Jane Remover's debut album, Frailty. The album Frailty has an electronic style of music. The artist uses a lot of effects and distortion, and I wanted to convey that through the imagery. The album also has softer, emotional undertones, so I decided to combine handwritten type and illustration with the digitally altered photography to express the overlap. The handmade parts of the design are meant to convey a homemade feeling, such as the design of the CD, mimicking messy marker drawings.
